Where are you based?

We are based in the UK

Do you offer Pre-Orders?

Not yet - we currently only sell stock we have to hand in the UK. We get new stock deliveries every couple of months, though we are hoping to increase that frequency as the business grows. Please sign up for out newsletter if you want to be kept informed of new stock.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free standard shipping in the UK. If you require anything more urgent please let us know and we can add that option before you order.

Where do you sell?

This store currently only offers free delivery to the UK, just until we get it established and make sure everything is running smoothly. Our eBay store offers international delivery through eBay's global shipping program (so we ship to eBay in UK and they post internationally). Please contact us with any questions or specific requests - we are happy to ship internationally on a per-request basis until it is integrated into the storefront.

Returns policy

In the first instance - if you want to return something, please let us know and we can discuss options. We will aim to get it processed as quickly and painlessly as possible (as we want/hope for your repeat business).

If an item is found to be faulty in any way, please let us know within 14 days of purchase and we will send a postage label for you to return the product. Once it is returned we will offer a full refund, or send an exchanged product if we have one available (your choice).

If you just change your mind and the item is unopened and in its original condition - if you return it to us within 14 days of purchase we will offer a full refund. Please note, we will not provide a return postage label for a change of mind (as a rule).

Delivery

Our goal is to get a purchased item boxed and sent the same day if at all possible, or next (business) day. From there normally allow 2-3 days for delivery in the UK.

I'm a Mint In Box Collector

All our boxes are original, shrink wrapped and direct from the manufacturer (unless explicitly stated otherwise). 99+% are in excellent condition, any that have any obvious visible creasing or crumpling due to transport will be described and sold as such on our discount section.

We are happy to send detailed photos of the specific box we will send to you if wanted to be 100% sure before purchasing.

We also have an eBay store which offers international postage through eBays global shipment programme.

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

Yes - the advantage of buying from our own website is enrolment on our loyalty scheme (which offers points which can be used for discounts on future purchases) and being able to sign up to our newsletter. We really want to provide excellent service and form relationships with our customers so we can help them in future with their JoyToy journey.
